1. Who we are
eVisa Club (the "Controller") operates this website and the associated dashboard from 105 Sumner Street, London SE1 9HZ, United Kingdom. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@evisaclub.com.
2. Information we collect
To provide our visa-assistance services, we collect:
- Account data — name, email address, phone number, password (hashed), profile preferences.
- Application data — nationality, date of birth, passport details, address, employment history, education, family information, travel plans, and other data required by the relevant government form.
- Uploaded documents — passport scans, photos, bank statements, offer letters, police clearance, medical documents, and other supporting files you provide.
- Payment data — order and transaction records. Full card numbers are processed directly by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal) and are not stored on our servers.
- Communications — messages, support tickets and notifications exchanged with our team.
- Technical data — IP address, device type, browser, approximate location (from IP), cookies and log data.
3. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and provide the Services.
- To prepare, review and submit visa or work-permit applications on your behalf.
- To process payments and issue receipts.
- To communicate about your application, service updates and support requests.
- To comply with legal, tax, anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering obligations.
- To improve the Services, prevent abuse and secure our systems.
4. Legal bases (UK GDPR / EU GDPR)
- Contract — to deliver the services you request.
- Legal obligation — record-keeping, tax and compliance.
- Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, service improvement, security.
- Consent — marketing communications and non-essential cookies (you can withdraw anytime).
5. Who we share information with
We only share your data with parties that are necessary to deliver the service you request:
- Government authorities, embassies, consulates and licensed local agents — to submit and process your application.
- Employers and recruiters — only for work-permit services where you have applied to a specific role.
- Payment providers — Stripe and PayPal (and local providers where offered) to process transactions.
- Cloud infrastructure and email providers — to host the application and send transactional email.
- Professional advisors — lawyers, auditors, insurers where strictly necessary.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your application data for advertising.
6. International transfers
Because visas involve foreign governments, your data will often be transferred outside your country of residence — to the destination country's embassy, consulate or immigration authority, and to service providers based in other regions. Where required by UK/EU law, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
7. How long we keep your data
We retain application and payment records for as long as your account is active and, after closure, for the period required to meet legal, accounting and immigration audit obligations (typically 6 years). Documents you upload may be retained for a shorter period where legally permitted. You may request earlier deletion (see Section 9).
8. Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for stored documents, access controls, audit logging, and role-based permissions. Only staff who need access to process your application can view your data. No system is 100% secure — please choose a strong password and keep your credentials confidential.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your data ("right to erasure"), subject to legal retention.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Receive a portable copy of your data.
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (in the UK: the ICO, ico.org.uk).
To exercise any right, email hello@evisaclub.com. We respond within 30 days.
10. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and security. We may use analytics cookies to understand usage — these are only set with your consent where required. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
11. Children
The Services are not directed at children under 13. Where a visa application is made for a minor, it must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the data provided.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or through the dashboard.
