Government visa & permit fees are non-refundable.
Once your application is submitted to the relevant government authority, embassy or consulate, the government portion of your payment cannot be recovered — regardless of the outcome of the application. This is a rule set by the government, not by eVisa Club.
1. What you pay for
Every order can contain up to two components:
- eVisa Club service fee — our charge for helping you prepare, review and submit the application.
- Government / third-party fees — the visa, permit, biometrics, courier, medical or embassy fees charged by external parties. We collect and forward these in full.
The refund rules below apply separately to each component.
2. Refunds on the eVisa Club service fee
You may request a full refund of the service fee if:
- You cancel your order within 24 hours of payment, and
- Your application has not yet been submitted to the government or a third-party partner, and
- Our team has not yet started substantive work (document review, form preparation, etc.).
After that, service-fee refunds are handled as follows:
- Before submission, work already started — partial refund based on the work completed. A minimum administrative charge of 30% of the service fee applies.
- After submission — the service fee is non-refundable, because our work has already been delivered in full.
- Failure caused by us — if a submission error is clearly caused by eVisa Club (for example, we forwarded the wrong documents), you are entitled to a full refund of the service fee, or a free resubmission where the authority permits.
3. Refunds on government / third-party fees
Government visa fees, permit fees, embassy fees, biometrics fees, VFS fees, courier fees, medical-exam fees and similar charges are strictly non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority or partner. This applies whether:
- Your application is refused;
- Your application is withdrawn after submission;
- You fail to appear for an appointment;
- You change your travel plans;
- You submit incorrect or incomplete information;
- Your documents are rejected by the authority.
In rare cases where the government itself refunds a fee (for example, the fee was collected but the application was never opened), we will pass 100% of that refund on to you as soon as we receive it.
4. Split (50/50) payments
If you selected the 50% installment plan, the same rules apply to the amount you have paid so far. Unpaid balances are simply cancelled with the order — no refund is needed for money you never paid.
5. Work-permit applications
Work-permit orders often involve multiple stages — recruitment, employer processing, government submission and consular issuance. Fees for a stage become non-refundable once that stage has begun. The stage-by-stage breakdown is shown on your dashboard before you pay for each stage.
6. Duplicate or accidental charges
If you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the duplicate charge in full to the original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us first at hello@evisaclub.com before raising a chargeback with your bank or card provider — most issues can be resolved directly and much faster. Chargebacks filed while a legitimate service has been delivered may be disputed with supporting evidence.
8. How to request a refund
- Email hello@evisaclub.com with your order number and the reason for the request.
- Our team will review the request within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
9. Currency and fees
Refunds are issued in the currency you paid in. Any currency-conversion difference, payment-processor fee, or bank fee charged by your provider is outside our control and is not reimbursed.
